The course develops participants’ capability to build,  initiate,  facilitate, coordinate, and promote strategies, tools, and programs to ensure rural development in forest zones and fragile habitats constantly challenged by changing climates and priorities.

COURSE FEE
The course fee is US$4,000 inclusive of costs of tuition, training-related field/visits, supplies and materials, minimal group accident insurance and conveyance from and to the Ninoy Aquino International Airport in Manila. Payment of course fee should be made on or before the start of the course. Participant and/or sponsor should shoulder the following expenses: 

a. Transportation from and to the participant’s point of departure to the Philippines, airport fees, passport and visa;
b. Daily Subsistence Allowance (DSA) for meals, lodging and other incidental expenses for  the entire duration of the meeting.
